Attorney James L. Messenger is Unanimously Elected to the Board of The New England Legal Foundation The Region’s Leading Legal Advocate for Free Enterprise
BOSTON – Attorney James L. Messenger, a founding partner in the Boston office of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP (GRSM), has been unanimously elected to the Board of Directors of the New England Legal Foundation (NELF – www.newenglandlegal.org), the leading legal advocate for free enterprise in New England.
Mr. Messenger focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in areas such as energy, business transactions, shareholder disputes, franchise disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and environmental and bankruptcy matters. He has obtained successful outcomes for complex litigation clients at every stage of the trial process, including case-ending motions to dismiss, summary judgments, trials and appeals.
