The New England Legal Foundation Honors Regina Bynote Jones and Grace Lee at the 10th Annual John G.L. Cabot Award Dinner
Boston, MA – October 24, 2024 – The New England Legal Foundation (NELF) proudly honored two distinguished women, Regina Bynote Jones and Grace Lee, at the 10th Annual John G.L. Cabot Award Dinner, recognizing their steadfast commitment to the rule of law, free enterprise, and inclusive economic growth. The John G.L. Cabot Award is presented annually to individuals who exemplify these values in public discourse and the courtroom.

Regina Bynote Jones, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of ADM, was one of this year’s honorees. Regina, who joined ADM in September 2023, is a member of the company’s Executive Council, overseeing global legal and regulatory affairs, compliance initiatives, security operations, and government relations. With over three decades of experience, Regina has held leadership roles across diverse legal environments, including positions at Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, and Delek U.S. Holdings. Her career has spanned the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East, with expatriate assignments in Paris and Kuala Lumpur.

Grace Lee, Regional President of M&T Bank, was also celebrated for her exceptional contributions to the legal and financial sectors. With over 25 years of public and private sector leadership experience, Grace leads M&T Bank’s community banking efforts in New England and manages the Government Banking & Finance division. Grace’s previous roles include General Counsel and First Deputy Treasurer of the Massachusetts State Treasurer’s Office, where she played an instrumental role in the passage of legislation establishing the Asian American Commission.
