BOSTON – The New England Legal Foundation (NELF – www.newenglandlegal.org) yesterday, Thursday, January 26, hosted Massachusetts Superior Court Chief Justice Heidi Brieger for a “Conversation with the Chief Justice” as part of NELF’s regular series of events to promote bench-bar relationships.
Chief Justice Brieger shared an update about Zoom hearings, e-filing, the Business Litigation Session, and she invited feedback from the participating lawyers about what is working or not working in the Superior Court.
NELF was founded nearly 50 years ago by New England-based General Counsels and files as a “friend-of-the-court” in cases affecting free enterprise. It is open to membership by any interested law firm, non-profit or in-house lawyer.
